The Village Voice Fires Nat Hentoff

The firing of Nat Hentoff from the Village Voice -- where he filed for 50 years -- isn't so much shocking as yet one more reason to say farewell to 2008.

What a horrid year.

Shame on them.

(Even if Hentoff's anti-choice position is equally horrid.)

"Shocking"? Yeah, right. Nat was a wonderful spokesperson for Life and other REAL Progressive issues, and you Death Culture ghouls are just gloating over his firing. I've lifted the flat moist rock that is the cheesy facade of the prochoice movement and viewed the squirming mass of bugs beneath. It is not a pretty sight.

I hope God smacks you across the face for the hatred in which you boil yourself.
