Jordana Kritzer, a medical student in New York City, helped deliver babies last month. This month she’s in the pediatric emergency room. Next month she’ll surely be plunged into a new area of real-time medicine.

What Kritzer’s patients and colleagues may not know is that she maintains a second career as a theater director. On December 13, her company, Bohemian Archaeology, will present a seasonal entertainment called Holidays Uncorked, which she devised with fellow director Emily Madison. Combining tales written by members of the acclaimed 2nd Story of Chicago with New York City performers, the show occurs amid the stainless steel barrels of Gotham’s first fully operational winery, the aptly-named City Winery.
