A Plug for "Sister Cities"

I don't usually plug a production unless it's for print or Web, but I moderated a talk back on Thursday night for a play by Colette Freedman called Sister Cities that I just thought was terrific. It was a little bit like Crimes of the Heart meets...um, Psycho?

Anyway, a big shout-out to the cast -- Emberli Edwards as Dallas, Jamie Neumann as Baltimore, Ellen Reilly as Carolina, Maeve Yore as Austin (see why they call it Sister Cities?), and Judith Scarpone as Mary, the ALS-afflicted matriarch of the group.

It runs through November 18. Here's Back Stage's review, even if I personally think the critical bit at the end is a little overdone.
