An Exquisite Profile of Edward Albee
I know everybody likes to knock the Times, but this profile of Edward Albee that just went up is simply written gorgeously. I had to take some shots at Homelife in Peter and Jerry (see post above), but I give no quarter when it comes to my admiration of the man I consider to be the greatest living American playwright.
Jesse Green really should get some honors for the piece -- it's that well written.
